The White & White Clock designed by Vadim Kibardin is a modern 3D interpretation of the traditional digital clock.



Digital wall/desk white LED clock with white frame digits. Nothing else, simply time.



White & White Clock is a clock with an alarm and a choice of time display modes 12/24 hour.



In dark hours the light sensitive sensor changes the brightness of the digits to a less intense white.





The power supply is conducted through a general mains-operated adaptor that suits any kinds of sockets.

A publication of the Black & White clock design preceded the appearance of the White & White clock. The Black & White clock aroused a huge interest in the public. We decided to postpone the batch production of the Black & White modification after detailed research of the production prototypes and to concentrate on the new model White & White.

During the working process the ideal technical and constructive solutions were found. They comply with all the functional and esthetic requirements and make this model available for mainstream customers.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

We are offering White & White Clocks as Pre-Orders before they are actually in-stock. We are offering a special discounted price on Pre-Order items. The Pre-Orders Price Guarantee only applies to White & White Clock and prices offered on the Kibardindesign.com website.

The estimated shipping date for the White & White Clock is 25 March 2012. If there are any changes to the expected shipping date of your order we will contact you via the e-mail address that you provide to us at the time of registration. When you place a Pre-Order you agree that you understand this item will not be shipped until 25 March 2012.

You may cancel your contract with us for the White & White Clock at any time upto the end of the seventh working day from the date the product is released to the public, providing your goods have not already been dispatched. In this case your deposit will be repaid without any interest within 30 days of your cancelation. To cancel your order you must notify us in writing either by e-mail to info@kibardindesign.com quoting your name and order reference or by post to GARRY TRADE s.r.o., Plzenska 101/1270, 150 00 Prague 5, Czech Republic.

We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if we do not deliver to your area or we do not receive the White & White Clock from our supplier in time to fulfil the order. If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will return to your account any sum deducted by us from your PayPal or Bank account within 30 days of cancelation of your Pre-Order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.


INSTRUCTION MANUAL

Step 1. Registration.
Please provide your full name, phone number, shipping address and e-mail address (please make sure you use a valid e-mail address to avoid delays). Please specify the quantity of clocks required and the methods of payment: we accept bank transfers or payments through PayPal. PayPal is also able to accept the following cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express. We will confirm the estimated shipping costs, once you have informed us of the delivery address.

Step 2. Payment 1.
We will send you an invoice to pay the full cost of the items in USD including VAT. Shipping costs will not be invoiced at this stage.

The invoice price will take into account the schedule of rising prices depending on the date of payment:

Early bird period – on or before 30 November 2011 the White & White Clock costs just US$154.80 including VAT.

Late bird from 30 November 2011 until 29 February 2012 – US$ 178.80 including VAT.

After 29 February 2012 – the estimated retail price of US$202.80 including VAT.

Step 3. Confirmation.
Once payment has been received we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an e-mail to the address provided in your registration. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. By paying, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to the Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, you must not pay.

Step 4.
You will be notified when the White & White Clocks come into stock by e-mail. Within 30 days after release date you must finalise the ordering process by selecting your preferred shipping method and providing the actual delivery address.

Step 5. Payment 2.
We will e-mail you an invoice for shipping costs.

Step 6. Sipping.
Delivery will be made as soon as possible after payment has been received by us.
